Volunteer Cat Club has elected to use the Hotel Room
Inspection Procedures for exhibitors who lodge at the
Marriott using the club's group booking.
Entry in this show, and lodging at the show hotel using the club's
group booking, shall constitute an acknowledgment by and consent
of the exhibitor to these procedures.
Full details of the TICA Hotel Policy may be found in Standing Rule 903.7.1 or
here.
Show Rules
This is a non-vetted show.
All cats and kittens should be immunized against feline rhinotracheitis,
calici, and panleukopenia at least 21 days prior to the show.
Cats showing signs of earmites, fungus or any illness will not be permitted
in the show hall.
Please clip your cat's claws -- front and back.
The show rules of TICA will be enforced.

Volunteer Cat Club cannot be held responsible for loss or
accident to cats, exhibitors, or personal property.
Parents are expected to control their children.
Check-In

Judging will begin promptly at ?? Frday, 9am on Saturday and Sunday.
All cats must remain in the show hall during posted show hours each day.

Regional Banquet
The Southeast Regional Banquet and Awards Ceremony will take place Saturday
evening following the show.
The Banquet will be conveniently located at the Marriott, and dinner will
begin at 7pm.
Benching
Single cage space is 22 x 22 x 24; Double cage space is 22 x 22 x 48.
One adult or two kittens are allowed per single cage.
Each entry will be provided one single cage space.
For sale cages are double cages.
All cages must be covered on the top, back and sides.
Junior Exhibitors
There will be a Junior Exhibitor ring. More info TBA.

Services
Litter will be provided.
Please bring your own litter pans, cat food and bowls.
Smoking is not permitted in the show hall.
People food will be available in the show hall.

The nearest airport is Nashville (BNA).
Clerks
If you are interested in clerking, please indicate so on the summary form.
Ring clerks will be compensated at the rate of $?? per day.
Clerks will be provided lunch and a fully marked catalog.
All clerking assignments are at the discretion of show management.
Registration
Pedigreed cats and household pets may be shown in TICA
with a pending registration number.
Points may be claimed after the registration number is assigned,
but only for the first show where the cat didn't have a registration number in the catalog.
Subsequent shows without a registration number will not be scored.
All Provisional New Breed, Advanced New Breed and New Trait entries
must be TICA registered to be shown.
